Daet is a famous surfing and kiteboarding spot, as it has a long stretch of beach in Bagasbas.Home of Rr in San Gregorio Village. Because of the attention it has gotten from the local surfing community, the Philippine Department of Tourism turned it into a local accredited surfing spot.
